In The Pipeline...

The last couple of weeks have been hectic!

I suppose the biggest news since last time is that I've completed my first ever soundtrack commission for Tourareq (University Accommodation Company), the video should be made public soon and I'll obviously be posting it onto the site.

The EP recording is going well, we've had a couple of set backs (flu and broken laptop) but we're up and running and it's sounding great so far. It's titled "All Good Things..." and should be released later this year. I have been approached about holding an EP Launch party in Camden, which I'm seriously considering!!! It's going to be a long time before I get to that stage though, we have dozens more vocal takes, pre-production, promotion and distribution to get sorted before performances are on the cards.

I'm also beginning work on two new composition projects, both of which are in unfamiliar territory. One of which is for a series of christian-motivational shorts which is being produced by a close friend of mine. The other is for a new Jenny Craig fitness video! This will be the second commission by a major company and a nice little addition to the site, very excited!!

I haven't really talked about it much yet, but I have a new recording project in the pipeline which I'm anxious to get off the ground. As a purely studio based project, 'World Heavyweight Champions' is going to be an album length collection of experimental and psychedelic music, heavily focused in combining live and rough (single take) performances with heavy post-production. I'm looking to raise the quality and musicianship with this one and have a few exciting ideas for who will be involved. This ones going to be amazing, I can just feel it!! But unfortunately, we're a good few months away from starting this one.

One or two other small ideas and opportunities in the pipeline, but that's all the main stuff.
